White Loop Trail – Pickett’s Mill Battlefield - Picketts Mill Battlefield

This trail leads from the ravine overlook at the Visitor Center to the left of the Confederate battle line, alongside a once flourishing wheatfield down to the initial Federal position. From there you follow the route of the Federals into the ravine, tracing the route of the assault up the ravine and returning to the Visitor Center. Along the way you will see original Civil War entrenchments, artillery emplacements, wagon roads, and pristine forest. Picketts Mill trails are dog-friendly.
