Marsh Creek Rain Garden is an environmental park that uses plants to filter pollutants from stormwater. The park features a path, benches, fountain, and boardwalk overlook. In addition, the park has an aesthetically pleasing bio-retention pond.

Matilda’s “Under the Pines” Concert Series offers live outdoor music throughout the spring and summer months. Kick back and relax with your own personal picnic in this fabulously funky setting.

This 5-acre property sits along Mayfield Road next to the Lakeside at Crabapple neighborhood, just north (and on the opposite side of the street) of Milton Library. It features a pier, pavilion, and walking trails.

Mc Kinney Campground provides 150 spacious camp sites conveniently located near the dock and swimming beach. Waterfront sites are available.

The property, a former cotton farm, has been restored to depict a typical 1930s subsistence farm in Gwinnett County. One of the original tenant farm houses on the property has been restored, as well as the barn, well house, chicken coop, buggy shed and blacksmith shed. Tours are available by appointment.

The complex is home to the Recreation Administration headquarters, The Gathering Place senior center, a large picnic pavilion, walking trails, horseshoes, a skateboard ramp, a BMX track and the Peachtree City Dog Park. The complex is also the starting point for the Flat Creek Nature Preserve and is the home of the Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater.

The park offers three playgrounds and an inclusive, special needs playground, outdoor basketball court, outdoor walking/jogging track, two picnic pavilions, and grills. Explore more of Memorial Park along the 3-mile Reeves Creek Trail, which winds through the park to Reeves Creek. You can walk, run, bike and even roller blade along the scenic trail that can be accessed from either Memorial Park or Flippen Road.

This park features 1 football field, 2 lighted tennis courts, a 0.3-mile paved walking/jogging trail, outside basketball court, picnic pavilion and grill, and 2 playgrounds.

The Milton City Park and Preserve (previously referred to as the former Milton Country Club) consists of 7 acres of “active” property along with 130 acres of “passive” property that cannot be developed or accommodate traditional recreational programs. 

The “active component” includes the Milton City Pool, the Milton Tennis Center and the Community Center — a multi-room structure that can be rented and is home to recreational programs and events. In April 2022, the City opened the first of what will eventually be several trails winding through the “passive” part of Milton City Park and Preserve — a 2.5-mile loop (or 1.25 miles each way).

The facility offers two high-quality, FIFA-sized artificial turf fields and an indoor facility with locker rooms, conference rooms, a weightlifting room, and a player’s lounge. Stadium seating hosts up to 1,000 spectators. MOBA fields are suitable for a variety of sporting events, including soccer, lacrosse, and cross-training, and are available for year-round training.

This 129-acre park features a 0.3-mile walking/jogging track, 2 picnic pavilions, 14 soccer fields, a dog park, and Henry County’s largest public playground, complete with a fitness circuit, handicap accessible equipment, a separate play area to inspire imaginative play in little ones, and a specially designed “roadway” on which kids can ride their bikes and bigwheels while learning the “rules of the road.”

This 11-acre park offers 4 lighted baseball/softball fields, a 0.3-mile paved walking/jogging track, 1 picnic pavilion and a playground.

North Park is a 97-acre park that includes five lighted tennis courts, six pickleball courts, two multi-purpose synthetic turf fields, eight lighted softball fields, two playgrounds, Adult Activity Center, lake, Arts Building, Rotary Reflection Garden, Little Free Library and a walking trail. Two picnic pavilions are available for gatherings or celebrations.

Approximately 1 mile in length from Ardmore Park to Atlanta Memorial Park through Tanyard Creek Park. Connects Ardmore Park, Collier Hills and Collier Hills North neighborhoods.

Ocee Park offers many athletic and recreational options including walking trails, baseball/softball fields, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts and picnic pavilions.
