More technical than Loop 1, Explorer Trail Loop 2 features switchbacks, some steep climbs, plus more rocks and roots to account for. You will gain lots of speed on the downhill runs in this track, requiring you to approach the corners with caution, especially if you’re new to the trail or the sport itself. The north side of this loop travels high alongside the Little River basin and provides a beautiful view, however, you should to keep your eye on the trail while you’re riding this section as it is very narrow and has a steep side-slope down to the river.
